Hello everyone! Frozen treats are great and they are super easy to make, especially during summer. Today's recipe is yogurt and berry popsicles. These popsicles are very light, refresing, colorful and fruity. I used fresh blueberries and raspberries, but frozen fruit is okay too. If you want to know how to make them, keep reading:
- 450 g greek yogurt
- 3 tbs sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 75 g blueberries
- 75 g raspberries
Firstly, use a large bowl and whisk together the greek yogurt, sugar and vanilla extract, set aside. In a blender, puree together the blueberries and raspberries. Gently fold the yogurt mixture and blueberry-raspberry puree. Lastly, scoop the mixture evenly into popsicle molds. Place into freezer until fully fully frozen, at least 5 hours.
To release popsicles run hot water on the outside of the popsicle molds for a 2-3 seconds. At this point, the yogurt and berry popsicles are ready to eat. Fell free to swap out other fruit for the blueberries and rasperries. This recipe allows multiple combinations. These popsicles are a delight, so flavorful. Hope you liked it. ♥
